Don't be fooled by the 'National Chain Competitors' cheap pricing structures. Some of the things they won't tell you:

1.  We are local, reputable installer unlike the national big-box chain competition. We will come back if there is an open issue. They are sending sub-contractor mercenaries to your home who may not have a vested interest in the quality of work performed. Usually they are working for a small percentage of the overall cost of the project.

2. Their 'cable kits' include cables you don't need and purchase unnecessarily.

3. They tap Romex off of an existing outlet to provide power to the TV on the wall. This unfortunately makes it very difficult to supply 'surge' protection as they have to place the suppressor behind the TV - if they can at all - very difficult to do without impeding the tilt function of the mount.

4. It most cases, they WILL NOT patch up walls if they have to cut across studs in the wall. If they do, the customer must pay an additional $125.00 per stud cut and patch. We do not charge extra for this.

5. Customer must provide PROPER-type cabling and lengths. Otherwise they show up and charge you ridiculous prices for additional cables.

6. Don't disclose the extra charges involved when bringing rear speakers to back of room for a surround setup.

7. Don't disclose you that it is near impossible to conceal wires if your basement ceiling or attic floor is permanent and inaccessible.

8. Don't include setting up a LAN connection for your Blu-Ray or TV set.

9. They will always try to take the EASY way out when it comes to wire concealment. They have the option of telling you that they MUST use wire molding across your walls.

10. Will CHARGE you extra for 'longer than expected' installations.

11. The competitor's FINAL COST will always EXCEED ours.
